My account has been terminated because I breached the T&Cs - how do I get my money back?

If you are an Organiser and your account has been terminated by us, and you have money available to withdraw, we will instruct Stripe to refund that money to the original contributors via their original payment methods.

If you have paid money into other Pots that are still open, we will not instruct Stripe to do anything with those payments, unless you contact us to request that we return any payments to the original Contributors. You can contact us by emailing us at hello@collctiv.com.
