The Organiser of my Group has withdrawn the Pot money and not used it for the purpose for which I paid into the pot - how can I get my money back?

Using Collctiv to pass money to a friend to purchase something on your behalf isn’t any different to passing that friend cash for the same purpose. We can’t control what an Organiser does with the Pot money once they have withdrawn it to their bank account. If you believe that person has acted fraudulently, you can apply to your bank or card provider to recover the payment, as per their processes.
