Sadly, I no longer need to use Collctiv and want to delete my account - how do I do this? And how do I get my money back?

You can request to delete your account at any time by contacting us:

  • Live chat - in the app within Settings
  • Contact us - in the app within Settings
  • Email us at hello@collctiv.com

If you are an Organiser - You may have money still available to you to withdraw, from pots that you have organised. Please ensure that you withdraw the money before closing your account.  You should also ensure that unused money is returned to the relevant members in your group where applicable.

If you have paid into pots and want your money refunded to you, please request a refund before you request to delete your account. You can request a refund by contacting us:

  • Contact us - in the app within Settings
  • Email us at hello@collctiv.com
