You have to be aged over 18 to use the Collctiv app. This is because there are different things to consider to allow a child or young person under 18 to make payments over an app, such as how we help those younger users protect themselves against any potential misuse of the platform, and where that young person’s money may be coming from. As such, it is for adults only at this stage - however, we will keep on thinking about it and how we might make it available to younger users at a point in the future.
