Once you’ve made a payment into a pot, you can request a refund up to the point at which the pot closes. You can do this by contacting us via hello@collctiv.com
We will instruct Stripe to refund your money via the payment method you used to make the payment. We will not instruct Stripe to refund the money to any other person or via any other payment method.
Once the pot has closed, ownership of your money is transferred to the Organiser of the pot. If you want to request a refund after this date, you will need to ask the Organiser directly.
There may be a reason why an Organiser cannot withdraw money from a pot. This may be because they do not pass identify verification or other necessary checks. In the event that happens, we will instruct Stripe to return your payment via the payment method from which you made the original payment.
