How to manage group payments on Meetup.com

Setting event fees

Meetup is a great way to organise events but charging fees or collecting money can be a challenge, thankfully we've made it easy and make it super simple for your attendees to pay.

Setting an event fee using Collctiv

1. Download the Collctiv app
2. Create an account in the Collctiv app
3. Tap the pot you have created, tap on 'Invite to Pay' and copy the link provided.
4. Open your event in Meetup.
5. Simply paste the link into the 'Details' section and save.

That's it, as simple as copy and paste. You'll see all of the payments appear in the pot on the Collctiv app, all organised and easy to manage.
