Collctiv Hits One Million Transactions Milestone
The group payments app Collctiv has announced today that it has surpassed one million processed transactions. This huge achievement comes off the back of an exciting close to 2022, with the British startup launching in the U.S. in October and then joining the Techstars NYC accelerator programme in November.
Collctiv is an invaluable tool for organisers within groups of friends, families, businesses, charities, and communities, to pool money in an easy and secure way. With over 530k customers having used Collctiv and more than $28M processed, the 1 million total number of transactions represents another incredible milestone.
Cofounders Amy Whitell (CEO) and Pete Casson (CTO) celebrated the achievement from New York as they currently take part in the prestigious Techstars Accelerator Programme over the course of 13 weeks, immersing themselves in the startup community there to continue to grow the business.
Techstars NYC Managing Director, Jordan Fliegel, said: “This is such a great milestone for the Collctiv team to have reached while they’re in the Techstars NYC accelerator!”
Having been used across 97 countries to date, for everything social from sports to travel, events to gifts, charity to activities, Collctiv is looking ahead to 2023 with the goal to continue solving problems for organisers across the globe.
