We are more than happy to consider reduced hours, but we do need you to be working those hours across 4 days per week. We are flexible on working hours - work when you work best, and when works best for you. We will provide you with any equipment you may need to do your job from home.

We also have an unlimited holiday policy, so you can take the time you need to do your thing outside of work.
